NILARA is the enterprise operating suite from eSora Labs Ltd., based in Toronto, Canada. We build for organizations whose work has to be run well, whose knowledge has to be protected, and whose decisions have to be provable — from startups to regulated enterprises.
Most software asks people to be the safeguard — to remember the process, route the right approvals, and keep the record straight. That works until it doesn’t. NILARA takes the opposite stance: the rules decide, the system enforces, and every outcome can be explained by pointing back to the rule that produced it.
The lotus in our mark is deliberate. It stands for something composed and clear that grows out of ordered structure — which is what we want governed work to feel like: calm on the surface, disciplined underneath.
If it matters, it should be attributable, ordered, and exportable — not just believable.
Enforcement is only trustworthy when the rule behind a decision can be shown.
Governance should let good work move, not stand in its way.
The truth of a document shouldn’t depend on who still remembers it.
NILARA started as the internal system for running our own multi-team work — product, engineering, documentation, approvals, governance, and delivery.
Designed for teams where tasks, documents, approvals, and accountability cannot be scattered — because ours couldn’t be.
We’re inviting selected teams to join as design partners before broader release, expanding to external organizations through 2026.
We built NILARA because our own work was becoming too important to manage across scattered tools. Product decisions, documentation, approvals, and delivery lived in different systems that didn’t agree with each other — and proving what happened meant reconstructing it. So we built the system we needed: one place where work, knowledge, and decisions stay connected and provable. Now we’re opening it, carefully, to teams with the same problem.

Design partners get the full suite on their own work, a direct line to the team building it, and real influence on the roadmap. In return we ask for honest feedback and a workflow worth governing. We keep the cohort small on purpose.
We build governed software and hold ourselves to the same standard: clear rules, honest claims, and records we can stand behind. Concerns can be raised at legal@nilara.io.
Our security posture, access model, audit trail, and data-handling practices, in one place.
A small team building serious infrastructure. If that’s you, write to hello@nilara.io with what you’ve built.
Product updates and release notes are published as NILARA rolls out.
NILARA was built first inside our own operations and is now opening to selected design partners. If your work needs control you can prove, we’d like to hear about it.
